Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment in Raritan, NJ from January 3 - May 2. Training starts on January 3, actual coverage is from January 7 - May 2. Hours are Tuesday/Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute break; Wednesday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. Team consists of the Nurse Practitioner and a MA. Provider will see adults for primary care, acute care, annual physicals, wellness exams, travel visits, medication/vaccine administration, phlebotomy, and point of care testing (training provided). Prior experience with Epic is preferred or training can be provided. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
